Devop1 is a 100% remote, globally distributed company seeking a Senior Candidate Recruiter to partner with clients and build talent pipelines across regions. You will design hiring stages, craft job descriptions, source candidates via social media and databases, and conduct pre-screening calls while presenting top profiles to clients.

You’ll guide negotiations, train managers, and nurture long-term relationships with customers, contributing to growth and change while enjoying flexible, worldwide

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency).
• Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
