Job summary

Danske Bank is building a cloud-native archive capability in Aarhus. You will join a small, autonomous Cloud Archive squad and help keep work organized, document decisions, and coordinate across IT and business teams to ensure timely delivery.

The Senior Business Analyst role focuses on organisation, communication, and execution rather than coding, with close collaboration to engineers and product owner.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating across stakeholders to keep work flowing and outcomes clear.
• Ability to maintain a well-structured backlog with actionable stories and priorities.
• Strong documentation skills using Confluence and written summaries.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and document them clearly.
• Maintain a backlog with priorities and well-described user stories.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other teams to align dependencies, timelines and deliverables.
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery with updates and responses.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and capture decisions and actions.
• Handle administrative tasks like tracking and Confluence documentation.
• Monitor risks and dependencies, proactively flag issues.
