Job summary

Danske Bank AIS in Aarhus seeks a Business and Functional Specialist to bridge IT and business needs. You will translate requirements into epics and user stories within a scaled agile setup, coordinating with stakeholders across the Danske Bank group.

You will collaborate with IT developers and architects to design technical solutions and enable business outcomes. We expect a strong IT or business foundation, experience as a business analyst, and comfort working in English and Danish.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong IT/business background with ability to translate needs.
• Experience in agile/scrum environment.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical needs into epics and user stories in an agile setup.
• Assist the development team to deliver business-enabling solutions.
• Support ongoing maintenance and clarifications related to the customer domain.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and agile ceremonies.
• Manage stakeholders across business and frontline areas.
• Collaborate with Product Owner on squad direction.
