Job summary

Danske Bank in Aarhus is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Cloud Archive squad. You will keep work flowing by coordinating across stakeholders, maintaining the backlog, and ensuring documentation is up to date.

You will work closely with engineers and product owners, focusing on organisation, communication, and execution rather than coding, with a mix of in-person and remote work. Nice-to-have experience with cloud technologies, GDPR, and migration projects; you will help align

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure they are documented and actionable
• Coordinate a clear, well-structured backlog with stories and priorities
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and document outcomes for stakeholders
• Coordinate with teams to align dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery with updates and email communications
• Prepare and facilitate workshops; capture decisions and actions
• Maintain Confluence documentation and squad communications
• Monitor ongoing work, risks and dependencies and flag issues early
