Job summary

Pebl is seeking an Expand Sales Director, EMEA & APAC to own and grow revenue across the existing customer base. You will lead and develop a team of Account Managers responsible for the post-sale lifecycle, retention, account growth, and long-term customer value.

This role reports to the VP of Global Expansion and is fully remote, hired in key European markets. You’ll bring regional fluency and drive renewal outcomes, expansion, and strong stakeholder relationships to shape Pebl's growth across

Qualifications

• Post-sale revenue ownership including renewals and growth.
• Experience leading/account management teams (4+ years).
• Strong commercial mindset focused on retention and growth.
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Account Management team across retention and expansion.
• Coach and develop Account Managers with regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Own renewal outcomes and account growth.
• Build strategic account plans and strengthen senior stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to support growth.
