Job summary

DP World seeks a commercially driven Product Manager, SOC, based in Aarhus, Denmark, to shape and execute the SOC commercial agenda. You will drive direct sales, customer development, pricing and quote execution while reporting on performance and working with pricing, network, operations and finance teams.

You will guide account development across markets, oversee revenue and margin targets, and help scale the SOC offering in collaboration with the Sales & Product Management Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or commercial management within shipping, logistics or transport.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong commercial drive and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in refining the commercial direction for the SOC segment and drive execution of agreed priorities.
• Lead direct sales activities, including customer development, commercial negotiations and relationship management across relevant accounts.
• Drive profitable growth through account development, opportunity follow-up and market-focused commercial execution.
• Support development of the SOC commercial offering in close cooperation with the Director and, in due course, the Business Development Manager.
• Coordinate day-to-day pricing and quote-management activities in line with agreed frameworks, governance and margin expectations.
• Monitor commercial performance, including revenue, margin, cost development, customer profitability and customer commitments, and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Work closely with Network, Operations, Customer Service and other internal stakeholders to ensure feasibility, alignment and effective implementation.
• Maintain disciplined sales reporting, CRM data quality and use of relevant commercial platforms to support decision-making.
• Contribute to scalable commercial processes and ways of working that support continued SOC growth.
