Job summary

SAS - Scandinavian Airlines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Pilot Team Lead to lead the pilot recruitment function across SAS AOCs. You will manage a team of TA professionals, drive end-to-end recruitment, and ensure an excellent candidate experience across multiple locations.

In this role you will develop sourcing strategies, oversee recruitment analytics, and partner with senior leaders to optimize hiring in an international, regulated aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Higher education qualifications.
• Experience leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a complex business environment.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines on an international scale.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
• Experience working with recruitment metrics and data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Experience supporting recruitment in operational, regulated, or international environments is considered an advantage.
• Certification in Aon assessment tools is considered an advantage.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive pilot recruitment strategy across SAS AOCs.
• Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end pilot recruitment processes and KPI tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems and analytics.
• Collaborate with pilots, planning, training and senior stakeholders.
• Elevate SAS employer brand and global candidate experience.
