Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives across the Nordic region. You will develop and implement programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture within our service operations.

Key responsibilities include audits, incident investigations, and delivering training while collaborating with management and external authorities. A Bachelor’s degree and strong EHS expertise are required to support sustainable energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Significant experience in EHS management within industrial, energy, engineering, construction, or field service environments.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation, risk management, and incident investigation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near misses with root cause analyses.
• Deliver EHS training and support competency development across the organization.
• Serve as primary EHS contact for internal stakeholders and external authorities.
