Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in customer experience, retention, loyalty, or a related field.
• Experience managing a customer-facing team.
• Proven ability to develop retention initiatives, loyalty programs, or membership strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Experience team.
• Own service performance metrics and establish training across locations.
• Develop scalable workflows, SOPs, and a centralized knowledge base.
• Improve accessibility across channels (email, phone, live chat, SMS).
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
• Own the customer feedback ecosystem and analyze behavior to reduce friction.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on retention campaigns and lifecycle communications.
• Drive repeat bookings, membership growth, and revenue from existing customers.
• Oversee loyalty, referrals, and class-pack programs to reduce churn.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities from customer interactions.
