Qualifications

• Experience as General Counsel or deputy/general counsel with a focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial contracts within corporate environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on diverse real-world scenarios and company requirements.
• Draft, analyze, and annotate a range of commercial agreements, ensuring clarity, precision, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.
• Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials in support of the project’s documentation objectives.
• Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates, identifying areas to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with YO IT Consulting’s team to ensure materials meet project guidelines and AI-training needs.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output.
