Job summary

Accenture’s Corporate Growth Functions team seeks qualified CLPs to provide legal and contracting support for global technology transactions. You will review and negotiate master services agreements, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and data contracts, advising stakeholders to balance legal risk with business objectives.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with senior professionals to craft deal structures and mitigate risk while enabling commercial success.

Qualifications

• Law degree (JD or equivalent) and authorization to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 4 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, ideally within technology, consulting, or outsourcing.
• Experience negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and data-related contracts.
• Support contract transactions involving digital, cloud, systems integration, and emerging technologies.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, contractual, and risk considerations.
• Structure and negotiate deals to align legal risk with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior legal professionals on more complex matters.
