Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Product Cybersecurity Architect to define and implement solution-wide security across industrial product ranges. You will provide architecture expertise across multiple domains, develop standards, and work with cross-functional teams to strengthen security and resilience of products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity, product security, or OT cybersecurity in architect/lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain cybersecurity architectural framework for products and solutions.
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity principles, standards, guardrails, reference architectures, and secure development practices.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable architectures.
• Drive Secure-by-Design adoption across products, processes, and engineering.
• Lead cybersecurity design reviews and guidance to development teams.
• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments at multiple levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed cybersecurity in roadmaps and practices.
• Support cybersecurity certification, compliance activities (ISA/IEC 62443, CRA, NIS2).
