Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Product Cybersecurity Architect to drive solution-wide security across industrial product ranges. You will provide cybersecurity architecture expertise across multiple product and engineering domains, develop standards and principles, and collaborate with development teams to strengthen security and resilience.

You will lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews while aligning with ISA/IEC 62443, CRA, and NIS2.

Qualifications

Academic degree or equivalent in cybersecurity or related field.
Several years of experience in cybersecurity/product security/OT cybersecurity.
Excellent technical security knowledge and practice.
Experience with OT cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443/NIST/ISO).
Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and security reviews.
Experience with SCADA/ICS and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain cybersecurity architecture framework for products and solutions.
Establish cybersecurity principles, standards, guardrails, and secure development practices.
Translate business/regulatory requirements into secure architectural solutions.
Promote Secure-by-Design across products and engineering processes.
Lead cybersecurity design reviews and provide guidance to development teams.
Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments at multiple levels.
Collaborate with stakeholders to embed cybersecurity in roadmaps and practices.
Provide advisory support through customer projects from proposal to delivery.
Support certification and compliance activities (CRA, NIS2, ISA/IEC 62443).
