Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover Denmark, based from Copenhagen or Zealand/Amager region. The role involves extensive travel (about 50%), field-based service, and remote support as needed.

You will install, service, and repair medical device capital equipment, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety. Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree and have experience with medical devices, with strong Danish and English communication skills.

Qualifications

Degree in electrical engineering, medical technology, or related technical discipline.
Experience as a Field Service Engineer in medical devices or life sciences is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain medical device capital equipment at customer sites.
Provide on-site technical support and serve as primary contact for service-related questions.
Diagnose complex issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
Complete service documentation and reports accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams to support product quality and improvements.
