Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking an ARC Support Specialist for a fully remote role with accommodation from Day 1. You will manage the customer journey from order to delivery, liaising with customers, carriers, and internal teams while adhering to PCI and GDPR standards.

Key requirements include fluent English, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. SAP or back-office experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1) is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, refunds and returns.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, financial institutions, and internal teams.
• Work with PCI and GDPR standards to protect data.
• Resolve complex issues using internal knowledge bases and escalate when needed.
• Ensure a seamless, professional customer experience.
