Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an entry-level professional to support Real Estate operations in Brande, Denmark, and contribute to the Western Europe region. You will work on lease administration, facility management, and portfolio administration in a dynamic international environment.

You will collaborate with a multinational team, manage data accuracy, and help deliver compliant, efficient real estate services across Denmark, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Qualifications

• University degree in Corporate Real Estate or Facility Management.
• 2–5 years of CREM experience.
• Experience in multinational teams preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Proficiency with property management systems and financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for Brande properties and support the broader region.
• Steer and monitor facility management service providers (FMS) and SLAs.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and modernization to protect asset value.
• Optimize space utilization across office, manufacturing, and warehouse facilities.
• Ensure high-quality data management for FMS and maintenance activities.
