Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks an entry-level professional to support real estate operations in Brande and the broader Western Europe region. You will assist facility management, lease administration, and portfolio tasks within an international environment.

The role emphasizes governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to work across Denmark, the Netherlands, and Belgium. A university degree in CRE/FM and budding experience in CREM are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in CRE, FM, or a related field.
• 2–5 years in corporate real estate management, focusing on property or facilities.
• Experience in multinational, multicultural team environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with property management systems and financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for Brande properties and support the expanded region.
• Steer and monitor facility management service providers (FMS) ensuring SLA/compliance.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and modernization to protect asset value.
• Optimize space utilization across offices, manufacturing, and warehouses.
• Ensure high-quality data management for FMS and maintenance activities.
