Job summary

Siemens Energy in Brande, Denmark, is seeking a part-time Student Assistant to join the Onshore Nordics Finance Operations team. You will assist with monthly forecasting, reporting for projects and cost centers, and support budget preparation and cost tracking.

You will help with data analyses, improve Excel/Power BI driven controls, and contribute to monthly closing cycles while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting and forecasting.
• Ability to assist with budgeting and cost tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting and reporting for multiple projects and cost centers.
• Assist with budget preparation and actual cost tracking, and participate in monthly performance reviews.
• Help with financial analyses, including data aggregation and interpretation.
• Maintain controlling documentation, purchase order/invoice clean-up, and perform administrative tasks.
• Assist with periodic internal controls and develop new ones (Excel/Power BI).
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and support during monthly closing cycles.
