Satair, an Airbus Services company, seeks a Regional Performance & Transformation Manager to lead cross-functional transformation across the Airbus ecosystem in the region. You will bridge regional teams with central ASCX pillars, driving portfolio leadership, data analytics, and automation to support commercial objectives.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in business/operations, fluent English, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience leading cross-functional, regional, and global continuous improvement and transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations preferred.
• Certifications in process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean) would be an asset.
• Excellent English; second language relevant to the region preferred.

• Regional Commercial Project Portfolio Leadership: manage the regional portfolio's financial impact and performance metrics, leading transformation projects using LBIP and Agile methodologies.
• Regional AOS Roadmap Execution: drive successful implementation of the regional AOS roadmap in alignment with ASCX and the Regional MD.
• Regional Representation & Connectivity: act as a connector between regional teams and ASCX; represent ASCX in the Regional Customer Satisfaction Review Board and other commercial forums.
