Satair is seeking a Solution Architect to design and evolve architectures behind our digital platforms, including high-scale e-commerce, APIs, and AI-driven solutions. You will translate complex business needs into robust technical blueprints and collaborate with architects to align on standards and governance.

You will guide product teams, developers, and external vendors, ensuring a scalable, secure, and future-ready digital foundation that supports Airbus/Satair standards and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in solution architecture or senior engineering roles (C2/C3 level) within complex enterprise environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP) and modern API-first architectures.
• Experience with large-scale digital platforms (e-commerce, portals, partner ecosystems).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical blueprints.

What The Job Is

• Architectural Design: Design end-to-end solution architectures across our digital platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and performant.
• Collaborative Governance: Work closely with other architects to align on architectural standards and ensure a cohesive digital landscape.
• Integration Strategy: Define and implement integration patterns across SAP, cloud platforms (SAP BTP), and various external systems.
• Technology Guidance: Support technology decisions, including "build vs. buy vs. reuse" assessments, ensuring alignment with Airbus/Satair standards.
• Team Enablement: Provide hands-on architectural guidance to product teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation.
• Continuous Evolution: Support the digital transformation by identifying emerging technologies and patterns that can drive business value and operational efficiency.

How You Will Contribute To The Team

• Architectural Expertise: Strong experience in solution architecture or senior engineering roles ( C2/C3 level ) within complex enterprise environments.
• Cloud & Integration: Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP) and a solid understanding of modern API-first architectures and system integrations.
• Digital Domain Knowledge: Experience with large-scale digital platforms such as e-commerce, portals, or partner ecosystems.
• Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional ability to work effectively with other architects and technical leads to reach the best common solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical blueprints that balance speed and stability.
• Language: Professional fluency in English is required, as you will be working across an international landscape.
