Semco Maritime seeks an Area Manager (f/m/d) to lead the Main Component Exchanges region in Northern & Central Europe or the UK. The role focuses on safe, efficient delivery of offshore campaigns with regional performance accountability.

You will oversee Project Management, Operational Management, and Marine Operations, coordinating with customers and stakeholders while driving strategic workload and capability planning. Travel is expected based on work location.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in offshore wind, marine operations, energy services, or a comparable industry.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, operations, and customer management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• A strong HSEQ mindset and commitment to safe execution.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional project and operational delivery performance.
• Ensure delivery of customer commitments regarding safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Prioritize resources and resolve cross-project conflicts.
• Manage customer, operational, and project escalations.
• Support strategic workload and capability planning.
• Drive collaboration across Project Management, Operational Management, and Marine Operations.
• Ensure implementation of the MCE operating model across the region.
• Support Sales & Business Development with market and operational expertise.
