Maersk is seeking a Regional Key Client Manager in Aarhus, Denmark, to develop strategic customer partnerships and drive growth across the customer's end-to-end supply chain. You will lead global teams, own account performance, and manage negotiations to secure sustainable outcomes.

The role requires building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, onboarding and governance throughout the lifecycle, and strong commercial acumen in procurement and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Project Logistics, with Energy sector experience considered an advantage.
• Deep understanding of supply chain solutions and optimizing customer outcomes across products and services.
• Experience in consultative, insight-led selling and developing value-driven customer solutions.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation, procurement, and financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain products and their application to customer challenges.
• Experience creating value through strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration within a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.

• Develop and execute global account strategies to drive growth across Ocean, Logistics & Services products.
• Build customer-centric, end-to-end solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Own account performance, including customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Lead and align global teams across functions, products, and geographies to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.
• Lead global tender processes and commercial negotiations to secure sustainable business outcomes.
• Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and governance throughout the customer lifecycle.
