Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Commodity Manager to lead procurement initiatives for Northern Europe, with a primary focus on Denmark. You will guide sourcing strategies, governance, and supplier relationships, collaborating with global teams to unlock value and drive cost improvements.

The role emphasizes indirect materials procurement, contract management, and stakeholder engagement. Fluency in English is required, and additional Nordic languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of procurement experience in international, matrix-based org.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in indirect materials procurement and supplier management.
• Fluent English; Nordic languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional procurement initiatives and implement global sourcing strategies across Northern Europe, particularly in Denmark.
• Develop and execute sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management activities.
• Analyze spending, supplier, and market data to uncover savings opportunities and optimize supplier portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and our BPO partner to ensure supply continuity and support business objectives.
• Promote procurement governance and compliance while monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
