Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Offer Procurement Lead in Kolding, Denmark, to join the Data Center Systems Business Procurement team. You will co-own product cost and launch timelines, collaborate with Design Team and Strategic Suppliers, and help build an agile, resilient supply chain.

The role requires an engineering degree and 7+ years in technical procurement, with strong negotiation, project management, and cost-management skills. Danish language is an advantage, English required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or category management within a technical/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with product cost management and cost optimization (Design to Cost, value analysis).
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management with focus on cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.
• Experience developing and implementing category or sourcing strategies and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Danish language is an advantage but not required.
