VELUX in Skjern seeks a Senior Project Manager to own strategically important development projects from concept through market launch. You will balance business objectives, customer value and organisational alignment while working with senior stakeholders to shape future products and ways of working.

You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial, develop robust business cases, and coach teams to deliver high-impact outcomes in a complex matrix

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience navigating matrix organisations and steering committees.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, stage-gate and agile methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-impact product development projects from concept to market launch in a complex matrix organisation.
• Drive execution across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and other functions.
• Develop and manage business cases, project plans, budgets and governance structures.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope and within-budget delivery of projects.
• Identify, assess and manage risks with transparency and quality.
• Build alignment among senior stakeholders and executives.
• Coach project managers and cross-functional teams to strengthen capabilities.
• Contribute to initiatives strengthening competitiveness, sustainability and customer value.
