Maersk Container Industry is seeking a Service Manager based in Brazil to strengthen technical and service presence in South America. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in reefer containers and a strong customer focus. Responsibilities include providing technical support and training to customers and service providers, managing compliance with service standards, and promoting MCI products.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation in refrigeration and electrical systems, enjoy customer interactions, and be fluent in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

• Solid technical foundation in refrigeration and electrical systems.
• Experience operating, servicing, and repairing reefer containers.
• Good understanding of the reefer container market.

Responsabilités

• Support customers and service partners across Brazil and the South America EC region.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Deliver technical training and product familiarization sessions.
