Job summary

AIRE Copenhagen is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team. The role is key to ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the centre’s technical installations, water treatment systems and thermal baths, as well as mechanical and electrical systems.

You will monitor electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, oversee water treatment levels and ensure documentation and safety standards across a luxury wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing or fire safety systems.
• Experience with water treatment is a strong advantage.
• Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality or leisure environments is a plus.
• High level of English; Danish is a plus.
• Flexible and able to work nights, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Hands-on, reliable and willing to learn and develop new technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the centre in accordance with AIRE’s standards and safety procedures.
• Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Monitor pool and water treatment systems, including temperature, chlorine, filtration and pH levels.
• Identify technical issues, diagnose faults and take appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure that technical areas and equipment are clean, safe and well maintained, and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
• Manage the inventory of maintenance products and materials and work closely with the Maintenance Manager and other teams to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.

You will have a strong focus on the safety of both guests and employees, as well as the high standards expected in a luxury wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the centre in accordance with AIRE’s standards and safety procedures.
• Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
