MEININGER Hotel Copenhagen ApS is seeking a Night Receptionist for the Copenhagen location. You will manage check-in and check-out, greet guests, and be the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and technicians. The role embraces a diverse, international team and a dynamic nightlife of hospitality.

Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus. This part-time position offers competitive pay, generous holidays, staff events, and opportunities for travel or joint projects

YOUR TASKS

• You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay


• You are in charge of the well‑being of our guests from check‑in to check‑out


• Besides for our guests, you’re also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians


• You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities


• You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one


• You’re flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job


• Last but not least; you’re a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then

• You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality


• You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks


• You are a people person, you like helping others and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests


• You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together


• You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)


• You are fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
