Job summary

Systematic A/S is seeking an IT Portfolio & Capacity Manager in Aarhus. This hands-on role connects delivery realities with leadership decisions, shaping the evolving portfolio and capacity capability.

You’ll work with project managers, delivery teams, architects and GRIT leadership to turn portfolio realities into clear priorities, capacity views, dependencies and delivery expectations. You will engage with CIO-aligned leadership and have a significant impact on prioritisation and capacity

Qualifications

Experience in portfolio management or IT delivery within an IT organisation.
Practical understanding of project-based delivery, Scrum and Kanban.
Ability to create transparency across multiple teams and delivery models.
Experience with Jira or similar tools.
Strong analytics using Excel and Power BI.
Fluent English; Danish is an advantage.
Willingness to work hands-on with underlying data.

Responsibilities

Create a decision-ready portfolio view across stage-gate projects, sprints and Kanban.
Connect demand, commitments and capacity to test delivery feasibility.
Investigate Jira data and resolve gaps to establish a trusted portfolio picture.
Validate progress, plans, dependencies and capacity with project managers.
Prepare and facilitate leadership discussions on portfolio priorities.
Improve portfolio processes and tooling with automation and AI.
