Job summary

Everllence is seeking a Quality Engineer to link testing, production, engineering and quality, driving improvements through claims from our Test Bed and Liquid Station, ensuring robust handovers and CE compliance.

You will lead structured problem solving (8D, 7-Step), monitor KPI trends, and work with Design, R&D, Production, Service and PM to ensure product readiness and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, testing, product compliance or a related area.
• Experience with CE marking, product compliance, machinery regulations or technical documentation.
• Experience with quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate claims handling from Test Bed and Liquid Station with containment, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead structured problem-solving using 8D and the 7-Step Resolution Process.
• Facilitate and govern handovers between project and production teams, identifying quality risks and mitigating them.
• Coordinate CE marking activities and maintain compliance with directives, standards and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with Design, R&D, Production, Test Bed, Service and Project Management to align on quality requirements and product readiness.
• Monitor quality performance via KPI reporting, trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support quality investigations and audits related to testing, product compliance and customer claims.

As production of the 175D engine continues to grow, we are looking for a Quality Engineer who will become the key link between testing, production, engineering, and quality. You will drive quality improvements by managing claims from our Test Bed and Liquid Station, securing robust handover processes, and ensuring compliance with CE requirements.

You will play an important role in:

• Driving and coordinating claims handling from Test Bed and Liquid Station, ensuring timely containment, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Leading structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D and the 7-Step Resolution Process.
• Facilitating and governing handovers between project and production team, ensuring quality risks are identified and mitigated.
• Coordinating CE marking activities and maintain compliance with relevant directives, standards, and internal requirements.
• Collaborating closely with Design, R&D, Production, Test Bed, Service, and Project Management to ensure alignment on quality requirements and product readiness.
• Monitoring quality performance through KPI reporting, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting quality investigations and audits related to testing activities, product compliance, and customer claims.

• Have experience with quality management systems.
• Have 3+ years of experience within quality engineering, manufacturing, testing, product compliance, or a related area.
• Have experience with CE marking, product compliance, machinery regulations, or technical documentation. If not, you are eager to develop expertise within this field.

The Quality Department in Frederikshavn is called LWQR. We are a group of 19 people, both blue & white collar, all with different backgrounds and culture. The department is responsible for the quality for both the 175D engine, propeller plants and spare part sale for 4S-small bore. Our tasks include, but not limited to; incoming goods inspection, Non Destructive Testing, Root Cause Analyze, Supplier Management, internal & external audits, claims handling, 3D measurements, documentation and support for our assembly lines.
