What we’re looking for

• A few years of experience within logistical coordination, shipping, or other relevant areas of the supply chain
• An interest in hands‑on in logistics and a strong focus on ensuring on‑time delivery
• The ability to work effectively in an environment where deadlines are tight and priorities can change quickly
• A structured and analytical approach, with an interest in process optimization and the ability to anticipate challenges and identifying opportunities
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn, with an interest in staying up to date on industry developments and best practices
• A sense of accountability and a collaborative approach that supports the success of the wider team
• A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, with the initiative to drive tasks and improvements forward
