Sky-Watch A/S is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to inspect UAV components, assemblies and finished systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
You will work closely with Engineering, Production and Purchasing, documenting results, addressing deviations and supporting continuous improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Sky‑Watch A/S is a leading Danish drone company that since 2009 has specialized in the development, production, and servicing of high‑technology mini UAS systems for Defense – nationally and internationally. With more than 155+ dedicated employees and a strong international growth journey underway, Sky‑Watch today stands as one of the most innovative players within tactical mini UAV systems. At Sky‑Watch, robust, reliable, and advanced drone systems are developed for demanding environments and critical situations where predictability, mechanical durability, traceability and user safety are paramount.
As an ambitious scale‑up company in rapid development, Sky-Watch continues to expand across products, markets and the organization.
To support the company's continued growth and ensure consistently high standards of quality, safety and reliability across its products and processes, we are now looking for a detail‑oriented, technically skilled and quality‑conscious Quality Control Inspector.
As Quality Control Inspector at Sky-Watch, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing and verifying components to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will work hands‑on with advanced technology and complex electronic components, contributing directly to the quality, safety and reliability of Sky‑Watch's products.
Working closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and Operations, you will identify and address quality issues, support continuous improvements and ensure accurate documentation and traceability throughout the production process. You will become part of a growing Quality function, where you will collaborate with experienced colleagues and have opportunities for professional development and technical specialization.
You will report to the Quality Control Manager and become part of the Operations team.
To succeed in this role, you have a couple of years of experience within quality inspection or quality control in a manufacturing environment, preferably from industries such as electronics, telecommunications, satellite technology, aerospace, UAV or other high‑reliability manufacturing environments. You bring hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical and/or electronic component inspection, ideally including printed circuit boards (PCBs), small electronic components and precision assemblies. You have a relevant technical educational background, preferably within electronics or a related technical field. Familiarity with IPC standards, ISO 9001 or AS9100 is considered an advantage, as is experience with ERP systems and digital quality management tools.
You are based within reasonable commuting distance of Sky‑Watch's location in Støvring, and are comfortable communicating in both Danish and English.
As a person, you are detail‑oriented, systematic and quality‑conscious with a strong sense of responsibility and a keen eye for identifying deviations and potential improvements. You combine analytical thinking and technical curiosity with a practical, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving. You work independently and maintain a structured approach to your tasks, while enjoying close collaboration with colleagues across different technical and operational functions. With a high level of integrity, reliability and commitment to quality, you thrive in a dynamic environment where precision, teamwork and continuous improvement are essential.
We encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity or religion.
