The role requires experience conducting external audits to ISO9001 or AS9100, and a recognized lead auditor certification (RAB or ASQ). Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and strong communication are essential.

Travel to client sites may be required for external audits.

Qualifications

• Completed audits: ISO9001 or AS9100 in the last year.
• Lead auditor certification (RAB or ASQ) completed.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis methods (8D, five whys, DMAIC).
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

QMS Auditor - ISO9001 Certified Lead Auditor

Position: QMS Audit

Location: Naestved, Denmark

Duration: 1 day

Frequency: one shot

• The auditor will perform examination of the Quality Management System (QMS), HSE, Ethics & Compliance and its various elements and procedures in order to ensure its effectiveness, including observing evidence of continuous improvement.
• Perform audits based on the latest ISO9000 standard.
• The ability to identify major findings, minor findings, observations, and report information directly to the customer via web application.
• Experience initiating, reviewing and approval of corrective action responses and evaluate effectiveness of implemented corrective action(s).

• Successful completion of at least five external audits in the past year to the ISO9001 or AS9100 standard.
• Completion of QMS auditor training course with a recognized lead auditor Certification (RAB or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).
• Knowledge and experience using structured Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques like 8D, five whys and DMAIC.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Must have proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.
