Job summary

Twoday Denmark is seeking a technically strong Test Manager / Quality Engineer to lead quality across AI-driven testing for a large public sector modernisation programme. You will orchestrate AI agents, automation, and governance to ensure robust, compliant solutions while balancing speed and business value.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on understanding of APIs, data flows, and modern architectures, and requires fluent Danish.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development or technical QA.
• Designing test architectures and strategies.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain test strategy, quality frameworks, and test architecture
• Design AI-driven test setup and continuous validation
• Ensure coverage of critical flows and system architecture by risk-based approach
• Validate UI, API, and end-to-end behavior
• Ensure regulatory and functional requirements are met
• Maintain AI test agents and quality workflows
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and domain experts
