Maersk is seeking an experienced Project Manager within Aid, Relief & Government to join our Project Logistics team in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark. You will manage logistics projects across ocean, air, and land, coordinating complex international shipments and ensuring top-tier service for government and aid customers.
This role offers exposure to strategic customer engagements, tender support, and development of innovative logistics concepts.
This position is available in Aarhus or Copenhagen. Hands-on experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations is required. No relocation support can be offered for this position due to the urgency of the hiring.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of logistics, project management, and Aid, Relief and Government operations, managing complex international transport projects that make a real impact on mission‑critical supply chains.
Our Project Logistics teams are trusted experts in managing the transportation of complex, oversized, and sensitive cargo across the globe. Combining traditional freight forwarding expertise with advanced project planning, transport engineering, procurement, and end-to-end project management capabilities, we deliver solutions where others see obstacles.
As part of this team, you will collaborate with industry experts, work on strategically important projects, and help design innovative logistics solutions for Aid, Relief & Government customers worldwide.
As Project Manager, Aid, Relief & Government, you will be responsible for managing logistics projects on behalf of our customers, ensuring seamless transport execution and outstanding service delivery. You will play a key role in building up a new team handling a new customer win. You will coordinate everything from quoting/solution design to operating the shipment, within the different transport modes, as air, sea & road. This position offers significant exposure to international stakeholders, complex logistics challenges, and strategic customer engagements.
