As a Logistics Project Manager, you will be a part of a larger team of 200 experienced colleagues in the Maersk Project Logistics Europe product, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customer, and to deliver “Best in Class” project coordination, effective communication, cost awareness and continuous improvements which supports the Maersk growth aspirations and the success of our customers within Project Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Together with the Project team you will play a key role in designing tailor‑made logistics solutions and coordinate projects for our customers, as well as being part of our accelerated growth within our segment.

• Customer responsibility together with our sales organisation
• Solutions design with our solutions team
• Executing transport and project logistics solutions globally
• Procuring and evaluating offers from sub‑contractors together with the procurement team
• Daily contact with customers and suppliers for execution of projects
• Operational Excellence and internal cooperation, including reporting and data discipline

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project logistics, specifically experience working on oversized and heavy cargo, including designing, procuring, and operating end‑to‑end solutions covering ocean, land & rail transports
• Operational work includes heavy lift break bulk vessels, RoRo, coaster, inland water barging and out of gauge/break bulk on container vessels
• Oversized land and rail transportation experience
• Experience in project management
• Basic knowledge of vessel chartering and chartering operations
• Procuring & quoting end‑to‑end solutions to customers
• Basic knowledge of the project industry
• Structured and organized way, but also an innovative mindset
• Team player but can carry out assignments independently
• Responsible, hardworking, and energetic
• Interest in working with different cultures around the world
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Great marked knowledge within European road transportation would be a benefit
