WE ARE HIRING:

Do you have solid offshore experience, strong technical expertise within E&I and ATEX, and the ability to create structure and maintain an overview in fast-paced projects?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of coordination of QA/QC teams within Electrical, Instrumentation and ATEX for offshore projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for understanding the project requirements, identifying technical and manpower needs, and ensuring that the right people and competencies are available at the right time.

A key part of the role will be acting as the link between the client, subcontractors and the offshore teams, ensuring clear communication, effective planning and smooth execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising and coordinating QA/QC teams within Electrical, Instrumentation and ATEX
• Taking ownership of project manpower and resource requirements
• Assessing the technical requirements of projects and identifying where and when action is required
• Planning and coordinating E&I QC personnel for larger offshore projects
• Acting as the key link between clients, subcontractors and offshore personnel
• Ensuring the right competencies and resources are available at the right time

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with extensive offshore experience and excellent coordination skills.

You should have:

• Strong project understanding and project management experience
• Extensive knowledge of the Danish offshore sector
• Strong technical knowledge within Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)
• Solid knowledge and experience with ATEX in an offshore environment
• Experience with QA/QC and technical teams
• Experience from larger offshore projects
• Good understanding of manpower planning and project resource requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• The ability to create structure and maintain a clear overview
• The ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when plans and priorities change at short notice
• The ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors and offshore personnel
• Experience with ERC projects is a major advantage
• Fluent Danish and English – MUST
