Job summary

Job-Link A/S is seeking an experienced E&I Technician for a 12-month pharma site assignment in Kalundborg. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, testing, troubleshooting, and getting systems ready for qualification in a GMP environment.

You will verify installations, configure instruments, support loop checks, and collaborate with Automation, IT and C&Q teams on-site to ensure compliance and readiness for commissioning.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on E&I installation, maintenance or commissioning experience.
• Experience with instruments and process equipment in pharma or similar industries.
• Solid understanding of loop drawings, P&IDs and signal flow.
• Familiarity with PLC/DCS environments (Siemens, ABB 800xA).
• Experience under GMP, permits and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify E&I installations, including cabling, terminations, and tagging.
• Set up and configure instruments on site.

• Support power-up of MCCs, instruments, and process equipment.
• Work with industrial networks and protocols such as Profinet, AS-i, and Profibus.

At Job-Link, we are currently recruiting experienced E&I Technicians for a 12-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.

We are particularly interested in people who thrive on site, close to the equipment, and enjoy taking ownership of getting systems ready for commissioning in a GMP environment.

What you can expect

You will help ensure that instruments, signals, and installations actually work in practice before handover to Automation and C&Q.

This is not a design role – it is about execution, testing, troubleshooting, and getting things working in the field.
