Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a Project Manager for a high-specification Data Centre development in Belgium. This full-time, site-based role oversees delivery from groundworks to commissioning, in close collaboration with the Client, Design Team and internal delivery teams.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10+ years with Tier 1/2 contractors, strong CSA and MEP integration capabilities, and proven leadership to coordinate site teams and ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
• 8-10+ years' experience with a Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle construction projects
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP integration
• Experience on high-spec commercial or industrial builds
• Data centre experience advantageous but not essential
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the delivery of a high-specification Data Centre development, overseeing all aspects of the build from groundworks through to commissioning and handover.

This is a site-based leadership role requiring close collaboration with the Client, Design Team, and internal delivery teams, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.
