Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a Project Manager for a high-specification Data Centre development in Belgium. This full-time, site-based role oversees delivery from groundworks to commissioning, in close collaboration with the Client, Design Team and internal delivery teams.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10+ years with Tier 1/2 contractors, strong CSA and MEP integration capabilities, and proven leadership to coordinate site teams and ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
• 8-10+ years' experience with a Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle construction projects
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP integration
• Experience on high-spec commercial or industrial builds
• Data centre experience advantageous but not essential
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead full project delivery from early construction through to completion
• Act as the primary interface with the Client and Design Team
• Manage and coordinate all site teams and subcontractors
• Oversee programme, resources, and project performance
• Ensure effective integration of CSA and MEP packages
• Chair coordination and progress meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
