About the role

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving IT projects from idea to implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure progress, transparency, and successful delivery.

• Planning and managing IT projects end‑to‑end
• Ensuring progress, structure, and follow‑up on scope, timeline, and quality
• Collaborating with and managing a wide range of stakeholders
• Applying project management tools and methods – and continuously developing your toolkit
• Supporting risk management and preparing decision material for steering committees
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our project model and ways of working

Ideally, you also have:

• A relevant educational background (e.g. IT, business, or project management)
• Some familiarity with – or interest in – classical and/or agile project methods
• The courage to ask questions when needed and drive tasks when direction is clear
• Experience is a plus, but not a requirement – motivation, learning ability, and potential are what matter most.
