Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent postgraduate qualification with scientific achievements.
• Expertise in educational science applied to professional development and SDM.
• Experience teaching at university/postgraduate level and supervising PhD projects.
• Danish language proficiency to CEFR C1 within two years.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic research leadership and centre management for CFFB/CEPI.
• Fundraising and securing external research funding.
• Lead practice-oriented empirical SDM research across multiple settings.
• Develop educational resources and curricula for ongoing professional development.
• Teach, lecture, supervise postdocs and students; contribute to assessments.
• Profile the research area publicly and foster national/international collaborations.
