Job summary

GN Store Nord A/S seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop production test solutions for GN's professional headsets and audio/video products. Based at our global headquarters in Ballerup, you will join the Manufacturing Test team and work with R&D colleagues worldwide to deliver cost-efficient test platforms for new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing.

The role involves planning, defining test concepts, and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Qualifications

• Educational background in engineering, operations or another relevant field.
• Ability to analyse technical challenges and translate them into structured test solutions.
• Plan and organise multiple project activities with strong documentation and delivery standards.
• Communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with colleagues and external partners.
• Experience with programming languages and tools such as C#, LabVIEW, TestStand or PowerShell; video or acoustics solutions; testing for PCBA, audio, video screens or cameras; SAFe framework; or manufacturing collaboration in the Far East.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-efficient production test solutions and platforms for NPI projects.
• Define production test concepts, including fixtures, sequences and releases for manufacturing sites.
• Plan, coordinate and manage project activities within your area of responsibility.
• Specify test requirements in close collaboration with product design and R&D stakeholders.
• Continuously improve and update existing manufacturing test platforms.
• Document test methods, procedures and platforms for consistent implementation.
• Manage collaboration with external partners and test-equipment vendors.
