Qualifications

• Relevant education within Process Technology, Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Experience from a production or manufacturing environment, preferably large-scale production.
• Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and daily operational management.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Strong execution mindset with a focus on delivering results and creating stable operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and efficient daily operations across assigned production lines.
• Deliver products on time, with the right quality and cost performance.
• Develop, coach, and support operators and technicians to build a strong and engaged team.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
• Coordinate resources and collaborate with stakeholders to secure stable operations.
• Support implementation of projects and operational improvements.
