Qualifications

• Education in Process Technology, Engineering, or marine engineering.
• Experience from production/manufacturing, preferably large-scale.
• Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and daily operations management.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Strong execution mindset; able to deliver results.
• Ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and efficient daily operations across assigned production lines.
• Deliver products on time, with the right quality and cost performance.
• Develop, coach, and support operators and technicians to build a strong and engaged team.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
• Coordinate resources and collaborate with stakeholders to secure stable operations.
• Support implementation of projects and operational improvements.
