Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical background in plastic processing and injection moulding
• Strong understanding of production optimization and process capability
• Ability to combine analytical thinking with hands-on problem solving on the shop floor

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve plastic injection moulding processes for safe, stable production
• Optimize moulding parameters, cycle times, material utilization and process capability
• Lead root cause analysis of deviations, quality issues, scrap and downtime with sustainable solutions
• Introduce and validate new products, materials, tooling and equipment in production
• Strengthen process and quality control with APQP, PFMEA, process validation and control plans
