Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a quality-oriented engineer to bridge product development and serial production in our Early Launch Centre. You will drive process improvements and ensure manufacturing readiness for full-scale production, working hands-on with operators and engineers on the shop floor.

You will analyze data, manage PFMEA/Control Plans/MSA, and lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across multiple projects while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver stable manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, quality or process improvement.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Exposure to LEAN, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality and production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive quality and productivity improvements to reduce waste and improve readiness.
• Maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SOPs per IATF 16949 requirements.
• Lead change control activities and manufacturing readiness initiatives.
• Facilitate root-cause investigations and Kaizen workshops with production teams.
