Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or technical education with electronics exposure.
• Experience with product compliance in development, testing, or similar environment.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills for regulatory decisions.
• Ability to translate complex requirements to engineering teams and management.
• High integrity with risk awareness and constructive challenge ability.

Responsibilities

• Bridge product development and global regulatory requirements across the lifecycle.
• Guide teams on compliance related to electrical safety, standards, and market access (CE/UL/IEC 61800-5-1).
• Review designs, test results, and docs to identify compliance risks and drive actions.
• Maintain complete, defendable documentation to enable global sales and service.
• Collaborate with engineering, test, quality, and product management to balance needs.
