Job summary

Advansor is hiring a Production Engineer to ensure the optimal foundation for producing industrial refrigeration systems and heat pumps with CO2 as the refrigerant. You will work with Production Technology to drive efficiency and quality, liaising with Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement and R&D.

You bring a craft background and at least two years in a similar role, plus technical and IT skills and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Craft background in blacksmithing or relevant trade with related education.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in refrigeration.
Strong technical and IT skills; able to reprioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain procedures, implementing work processes and work instructions.
Participate in improvement projects in our production.
Optimize lead time and production efficiency.
Ensure high availability of production equipment, service contracts and coordination of maintenance.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement short- and long-term corrective actions.
Manage non-conformance reports to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Maintain accurate production-related Master data.
