As Product Owner within Device Hardware Styles & Accessories, you will play a pivotal role in shaping future generations of in‑ear hearing aids, chargers, and accessories. You will be Product Owner for a multidisciplinary team of developers specializing in mechanics and acoustics. Together, you will drive innovation, solve complex challenges, and create products that combine exceptional user experiences with scalable manufacturing excellence.
You will join our Product Owner & Scrum Master community within Device Hardware, Styles & Accessories, consisting of Senior Product Owners, Product Owners, Senior Scrum Masters, and Scrum Masters.

Working within a SAFe Agile Release Train, you will define priorities, guide product decisions, and help shape the future direction of our hardware portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with Developers, Architects, Product Managers, Manufacturing Specialists, and other stakeholders across Demant, making this a highly visible role with broad organizational impact.
Beyond backlog ownership, you will serve as the voice of the customer, helping the team understand not only what to build, but why it matters.
